Owner operator of Best Choice Pool Works, Victor Garcia; got started in the swimming pool business in 1986. Over the years

he has been involved with thousands of pool projects, commercial and residential. Victor started Best Choice Pool Works in

2004 and obtained a California contractor’s license in 2005. Before 2004, he worked for Hydro Pools in Modesto CA, this

company built commercial and residential pools. If you lived in an apartment in the cities of Modesto, Stockton, Merced,

Livermore or Walnut Creek, chances are that Hydro Pools built the swimming pool in your apartment complex. In Sacramento

Victor worked for Niagara Pool and Spa, plumbing swimming pools for companies such as: Sunrise Pools, John Withers, Jim

Chandler, Artisan and countless owner builders.

During the 1980’s Victor collaborated closely with a major pool equipment manufacturer to develop a compact and user

friendly pool automation system.

Best Choice Pool Works provides plumbing, electrical and equipment installation services to other major swimming pool

companies. We build Fish Ponds, Fountains and offer pool renovation and equipment upgrades.
